A mini band travelled down to the former Royal Burgh of Dumfries tonight to play at a Celebration Dinner Dance.
ScottishPower were celebrating 80 years of Generation at the Galloway Hydro and 90 years of Generations at the Lanark Hydro. A night of fine dining, music and dance was put on by the company for current and retired employees and their partners. Comedian Fred MacAulay was also there on the night to entertain with an after dinner speech.
Great also to see some of the band’s new faces turning out to support this event. Well done to David MacDonald, our new Bass Drummer and to Chris Paton, Blair Logan and Thomas Barnes on side. All under the watchful eye of our experienced James Craig of course! More information about all the new players who have recently come on-board will be released shortly.
