On Saturday 10th May the band played at the annual Cancer Research UK Race for Life. This 5K charity run around the streets of Glasgow attracted nearly 10,000 female runners who turned out in style wearing pink to support this event.

The band are always honoured take part and do their bit to support this huge event by playing at various points along the route and at the finishing post to rally the runners as they pass. Pictured above is our Bass Drummer Jamie Sheddan sporting the fashionable pink fingerless gloves that are worn by supports and runners.
It’s a great day for Glasgow as this event is the largest Race for Life in the UK. Well done to everyone who ran on the day or turned out to support those who did!
